Crossbars are a complete four-sided tube with ribbed sidewalls for
exceptional strength. Provides better frame integrity in place of a 3-sided,
open bottom, flat plate tube.
The Crossbars are attached to the frame with 4 (2 per side)
individual Aircraft Grade Rivets as opposed to 2 (1 per side) spin rivets which
produce loose joints over time.
As an added feature, a wide variety of Curved Back Frames all come
standard with Extruded Aluminum Crossbars in favor of the weaker hollow plastic
kind.
All nose plates are constructed of non-cracking, High Strength
Extruded Aluminum, unlike brittle diecast aluminum or magnesium noses that can
bend/crack at the base and tip.
