Full selection of Handles available which are manufactured with machined and welded joints for unmatched strength and durability versus a crimped and welded joint. All "U" Braces and Frame Extensions are made of High Strength Extruded Aluminum, instead of a slim, flat plate that can bend or break under heavy use. Thicker and stronger 600 lb. Capacity Heavy-Duty Frame with notched side rails, that is the basis for full parts compatibility with other modular aluminum industry units.

• Crossbars are a complete four-sided tube with ribbed sidewalls for exceptional strength. Provides better frame integrity in place of a 3-sided, open bottom, flat plate tube.

• The Crossbars are attached to the frame with 4 (2 per side) individual Aircraft Grade Rivets as opposed to 2 (1 per side) spin rivets which produce loose joints over time.

• As an added feature, a wide variety of Curved Back Frames all come standard with Extruded Aluminum Crossbars in favor of the weaker hollow plastic kind.

• All nose plates are constructed of non-cracking, High Strength Extruded Aluminum, unlike brittle diecast aluminum or magnesium noses that can bend/crack at the base and tip.

• Upgraded 600 lb. Capacity High Tensile Steel Axle will not bend or fatigue under heavy-duty applications such as Armored Car or Newspaper Delivery.

• Wheel brackets formed from non-cracking, High Strength Extruded Aluminum, unlike brittle diecast aluminum wheel brackets which can bend/crack under normal use.

• Innovative, non-cracking, High Strength Extruded Aluminum Stair Climbers with ½" Thick Heavy-Duty Wear Strips will outlast all diecast aluminum ones with thin plastic strips.
